APX high speed hydroplane boat

Currently under construction, APX is an experimental 3 point hydroplane propelled by a ducted prop. The purpose of APX is to test and validate a number of concepts that will allow such a craft to travel at speeds of 100mph using considerably less power than a conventional boat, without the dangerous instabilities of conventional air-trap hydroplanes.
